Key Responsibilities:
• Handle, care for, and supervise dogs during training, transport, and other activities.
• Conduct assessments of dog behavior and temperament.
• Develop and implement training plans tailored to individual dogs.
• Train dogs in basic obedience, advanced commands, and/or specific tasks (e.g., service work, security, scent detection, agility).
• Use positive reinforcement and humane training techniques.
• Keep accurate records of training progress, behavior assessments, and health needs.
• Clean and maintain kennels, grooming equipment, and training facilities.
• Monitor dog health and behavior and report any concerns to veterinarians or supervisors.
• Educate and advise dog owners or handlers on training techniques and behavioral strategies.
• Participate in public demonstrations or client sessions when required.

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude
• Help with appointment scheduling and general enquiries
• Perform washing, grooming, and styling for both dogs and cats
• Provide day care support and supervision for pets
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grooming area and tools

• Bathe, blow-dry, and care for pets’ skin and coat
• Perform basic hygiene tasks such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, and brushing
• Assist groomers during grooming sessions
• Gently and kindly handle pets of all sizes and temperaments
• Communicate warmly and professionally with pet owners
• Manage the appointment system and assist with call-ins and walk-ins
