Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude
• Help with appointment scheduling and general enquiries
• Perform washing, grooming, and styling for both dogs and cats
• Provide day care support and supervision for pets
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grooming area and tools

What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of hands-on grooming experience with cats and dogs
• Patience, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English-speaking preferred
• Must hold a valid visa with work rights in Australia
