Key Responsibilities:
• Bathe, blow-dry, and care for pets’ skin and coat
• Perform basic hygiene tasks such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, and brushing
• Assist groomers during grooming sessions
• Gently and kindly handle pets of all sizes and temperaments
• Communicate warmly and professionally with pet owners
• Manage the appointment system and assist with call-ins and walk-ins

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of pet hygiene and grooming preparation
• Good English communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and animal-loving attitude
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Legally eligible to work in Australia
